June 30, Fineko/abc.az. Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov spoke about the economy of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that at a press conference for journalists the minister noted that because of the coronavirus pandemic Azerbaijan observes a decrease in both imports and exports.

He noted that the decline in exports is linked with fall of oil prices on the world market.

According to the minister, the cost of products exported to Azerbaijan exceeds the cost of imported products.

"It is still too early to say how much damage the pandemic is causing to the country's economy, as the process of determining it continues," Jabbarov emphasized.
