June 24, Fineko/abc.az. Today, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the measures surrounding the design and construction of a new ASAN center in the city of Ganja.

ABC.AZ reports that State Budget 2020 allocated AZN 5 million to the State Citizen Service & Social Innovations under the Presidential Administration for the design and construction of a new ASAN center in Ganja. The financing is envisaged in Sub-Item 1.26.4 "Distribution of funds provided for state capital investments (investment expenditures)”.
