ABC.AZ reports that Baku mayor Eldar Azizov said this at a briefing held at the Operational Headquarters. He noted that an electronic system will be used in case density: “If this program justifies itself, then the citizen will be able to book a seat on the beach before leaving home. On the big beaches, an administration will be created with a special program and surveillance will be established."
