May 15, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is likely to cancel the system of permission to leave the place of residence by SMS message and when registering on portal icaze.e-gov.az, based on an official certificate or certificate of employment.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Operational Headquarters that this ban will be effective in the cities of Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Lankaran and Absheron district from 00:00 on 18 May 2020.
