May 7, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on granting a personal stipend to a range of Azerbaijani cultural figures.

ABC.AZ reports that the presidential personal stipend has been awarded to the following persons for their services to the development of Azerbaijani culture:

Teymur Anvar oglu Geychayev

Bakhtiar Ogtay oglu Khanizadeh

Fakhreddin Nuri oglu Kerimov

Gabil Azizulla oglu Guliyev
