April 27, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the measures surrounding the reconstruction of the highway between the border checkpoints Hanoba and Samur on the Azerbaijani-Russian state border".

ABC.AZ reports that according to the order, in order to expand the section of the highway between the Hanoba and Samur border checkpoints on the Azerbaijan-Russian state border with length of 23.5 km, the State Motor Road Agency of Azerbaijan allocated AZN 30 million for the beginning of works.
