April 24, Fineko/abc.az. Starting from 00:00 on 27 April 2020 the quarantine rules will be relaxed.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Operational Headquarters that when sending an SMS message to phone number 8103 in order to leave the place of residence from the specified date, the time spent outside the house increases from 2 hours to 3 hours.

Since restrictions on certain spheres of activity have been lifted since the specified date, messages will be sent to phone number 8103 in the following cases:

Figure 1 - to leave the place of residence due to urgent medical needs or receive treatment on schedule (permission is issued for 3 hours within the district and city, the distance between the addresses where you need to go if necessary, inter-district and intercity traffic, and the duration of the treatment procedure is taken into account, the return period is determined by a certificate issued by a doctor, and if necessary, provided to police officers);

Figure 2 - to leave the premises due to the need to use services in spheres that are currently allowed to operate (permission is issued once a day for 3 hours);

Number 3 - to leave the place of residence due to the presence of a close relative at the funeral
