April 10, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani citizens are already sent SMS-messages on the occasion of lump-sum payment, on the cell phone numbers they entered in the relevant e-appeal system.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-mentioned statement was made by Fazil Talibov, the head of the Department for Public Relations & Communications of the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection, in his account on the social network.

The Ministry’s representative noted that citizens who have already received SMS-message get aid money in branches of banks and post offices: "As I noted yesterday, lump-sum payments were carried out to 10,000 unemployed people. The process will continue every day."
