March 18, Fineko/abc.az. The data on Azerbaijan-Iran trade turnover for Jan-Feb 2020 has been published.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan that the trade turnover between the two countries for the reported term amounted to $60.2 million.

For comparison, both states’ trade turnover for the 2019 same term totaled $191.295 million. The sharp decline in the trade turnover is linked with reduction in export from Iran to Azerbaijan. For example, for Jan-Feb 2020 export from the neighboring country to Azerbaijan reached only $51.775 million. Last year neighboring country’s export amounted to $181.3 million – decline by 3.5 times.
