February 11, Fineko/abc.az. An online communication service has been launched on the official website of the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection (sosial.gov.az).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry that the goal is to expand further opportunities for communication with citizens and their appeals to the MLSP, and introduce a rapid response mechanism.

Through the service, citizens can ask questions about all the issues related to Ministry’s activities (social protection, identification and rehabilitation of disabled people, employment, labor legislation, e-services, etc.).

The online communication service will operate in real time from 9 am till 6 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am till 1 pm.
