January 30, Fineko/abc.az. Export on the non-oil sector was carried out for $173 million in December 2019.
According to ABC.AZ, the data is covered by the new issue of Export Review for January 2020, released by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications.
The issue says that compared with December 2018, export in the non-oil sector grew by $16 million (10%) in December 2019. Last December the largest volume of non-oil products was exported to Russia ($68.3 million), Turkey ($38.4 million), Switzerland ($15.1 million), Georgia ($8.5 million) and Uzbekistan ($6.7 million).
In December 2019 tomatoes ($22.6 million) ranked the first place, palm fiber ($20.1 million) – the 2nd place, and cotton fiber ($14.9 million) – 3rd in the non-oil exports.
