November 28, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's export grew by $836.5 million or 5.2% (versus the 2018 same term) and amounted to $16.8 bn.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by Ramil Huseyn, the department head of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications.

He said that during this period exports on the nonoil sector amounted to $1.57 bn (rise of $222 million or 16.4% versus Jan-Oct 2018). Over Jan-Oct 2019 exports of non-oil sector goods to Russia totaled $533.9 million, to Turkey $324.6 million, to Switzerland $147.7 million, Georgia $131.5 million, Ukraine $39.8 million.

"This year’s nonoil exports to Russia grew by 14 percent, Turkey by 10 percent, Switzerland by 29 percent, Georgia by 23 percent and Ukraine by 38 percent against the Jan-Oct 2018," Huseyn said.
