November 14, Fineko/abc.az. Bakcell’s network in Azerbaijan is one of the best in the world.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made to journalists at a press-conference of Bakcell’s CEO Rainer Rathgeber.

He noted that Bakcell network could be compared only with the UAE's mobile network, as they also have a lot of positive conditions in this sphere: "A good mobile network in the UAE comes from a high level of financing in this area. Look, I'm German, and looking at the mobile network here, I want to cry for Germany. In addition, the mobile tariff rates are very low here. I pay much more on my German cell number in Germany. Germany's mobile network is no better than Bakcell."
