May 27, Fineko/abc.az. In compliance with the relevant decree of President Ilham Aliyev the measures concerning the lump-sum payment (11,000 manats) for the heirs of martyr’s families are ongoing.

A decision has been made at a regular meeting of the Commission established under the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection to allocate lump-sum payment to 1,787 heirs of 1,088 martyr’s families. The list of those heirs has been sent to the appropriate authority for registration of lump-sum payment. Within seven working days the lump-sum payments will be transferred to their bank accounts.

After lump-sum payment is transferred to the heir’s account, a notification will be sent to a mobile phone of the heir.

Thus, the program of lump-sum payments to the heirs of martyrs has already been implemented.
