Income of Azerbaijani population has grown by 8.2%

November 22, Fineko/abc.az. The prices for goods and services in Azerbaijan observed an increase by 13.7% for Jan-Oct of the year.

The State Statistics Committee reports that in particular, prices for foods increased by 17.6%, nonfoods by 12.4%, and for paid services by 9.6%.

"For Jan-Oct the average monthly salary of gainfully employed amounted to AZN 525.6 with an annual growth of 7.2% against the 2016 same term.

Population’s income in nominal value for the reporting period increased by 8.2% up to AZN 40.19 bn,” the Committee informed.
