August 22, Fineko/abc.az. During the first seven months of the year (January–July), Azerbaijan exported 954.2 kg of caviar to 12 countries, including the US, the Netherlands, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Italy.

According to the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AQTA), caviar export volumes expanded 2.7-fold compared to the same period last year. All exported fish products are accompanied by official veterinary certificates adhering to the import standards of destination markets.

Additionally, procedures are underway to secure export authorizations for various farm-raised fish species to enter the markets of the European Union and the United Kingdom.
