August 10, Fineko/abc.az. According to Frankfurt-based research institute Sentix, the Eurozone Overall Investor Confidence Index rose by 4 points to 0,9 in August, up from minus 3.1 in July.

This marks the fourth consecutive monthly increase and the highest reading since February. Market consensus had expected the index to come in at minus 0.7 points.

The growth was driven by a recovery in investors' assessment of current business conditions. The Current Situation Index climbed from minus 14.8 to minus 8 points (the highest level since February 2026), while the Expectations Index tracking the next 6 months improved from 9.3 to 10.3 points.
