August 7, Fineko/abc.az. Kyrgyzstan is showing the highest economic growth rates among the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk stated at the Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum. 

According to Overchuk, in the 1st half of 2026, Kyrgyzstan's GDP grew by 11.9%, which was the best indicator in the EAEU. Overchuk stressed that republic's economy is actively developing due to large-scale reforms, increased investments and dynamic development of industry, energy and transport infrastructure.
