July 24, Fineko/abc.az. Russia and China are expanding practical collaboration in quantum technologies, focusing on algorithm development and hardware system construction, according to Rosatom Director General Alexey Likhachev.

Speaking to TASS news agency, Likhachev highlighted the mutually beneficial partnership between Russian scientific institutions and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He noted that joint efforts span both research-level initiatives and practical applications, including the design of advanced algorithms and the assembly of specialized quantum processing units.
