July 14, Fineko/abc.az. Electronic cigarettes and their components are included in the list of items that are not allowed to be in civil circulation (items that have been removed from civil circulation).

This is provided for by the amendments to the law "On the List of Items that are Not Allowed to Be in Civil Circulation (Items that Have Been Removed from Civil Circulation)", discussed at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis.

According to the draft law, in connection with the complete cessation of the circulation of electronic cigarettes, the provisions on the recognition of these products as excise goods and the application of excise rates to them are excluded from the Tax Code. The references to the relevant articles are also repealed, and amendments are made to the laws "On the List of Items that Are Not Permitted in Civil Circulation" and "On the Safety of Food Products".
