December 5, Fineko/abc.az. Today Baku hosts the 1st Caspian Innovation Conference, which is held within the framework of the 24th Azerbaijan International Exhibition-Conference "Telecommunications, Innovations & High Technologies" (Bakutel -2018).

During the conference Minister of Transport, Communications & High Technologies Ramin Guluzade stated that the number of mobile subscribers in Azerbaijan exceeds the population by 6%.

"More than 80% of the country's population are Internet users, 68% of households have a computer. The share of wireless broadband Internet users is 73%," Guluzade said.
