June 25, Fineko/abc.az. During a bilateral meeting held in Minsk, Zoir Rakhmonzoda, Rector of the Technological University of Tajikistan, and Vadim Bogush, Rector of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, established a strategic high-tech partnership framework.

According to ABC.AZ, tracking regional academic intelligence via Khovar News Agency, the universities agreed on the configuration of comprehensive joint educational programs specializing in microelectronics, fifth-generation communication networks (5G), intelligent systems, information security, artificial intelligence (AI), and advanced digital technologies.
