June 25, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the creation of information system "Intelligent Customs" (İGİS) and the regulation of a number of relevant issues.

ABC.AZ reports that the decree also approved the Regulations on information system "Intelligent Customs".

The functions of the owner and operator of İGİS are carried out by the State Customs Committee. The Committee must take the necessary measures to form, maintain, organize, and develop İGİS, and, together with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, ensure the placement, maintenance, and improvement of İGİS in the Government Cloud (G-cloud) in accordance with the Government Cloud Concept approved by Presidential Decree No. 3 of June 3, 2019.
