June 23, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Apr 2026, our country exported 40,737 tons for $32.6 million (22.5% more in value terms and 5% more in quantity terms against Jan-Apr 2025), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Statistics Committee.
Azerbaijan sold 33,321 tons (-7%) of apples for $26.3 million (9% more than last year) to Russia, 1,679 tons for $2.1 million (+3.4-fold) to Uzbekistan, and 1,872 tons for $1.9 million (+10-fold) to Turkey, 1,886 tons for $786,000 (+95%) to Kazakhstan, 445 tons for $515,000 (-32%) to the UAE.
This year, Azerbaijan carried out apple deliveries to Kyrgyzstan (18.5 tons for $12,000) and Spain (30 tons for $41,000) for the first time in 16 years (note: official foreign trade statistical data has been available since 2011).
