June 8, Fineko/abc.az. Foreign ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz will have to pay for security, ABC.AZ informs, quoting the Iranian Ambassador to Moscow, Kazem Jalali.

Representatives of Iran and Oman are currently working on the conditions for the safe passage of foreign vessels through the Strait. Their military will ensure this security.

The amount of the transit fee has not yet been disclosed. Bloomberg, citing its sources, reported that it could amount to up to $2 million.
