May 15, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 4 months, Azerbaijan allocated 2.608 bn manats for pension payments (10.5% or 248 million manats more against Jan-Apr 2025).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the press service of the State Social Protection Fund that as of May 1, the average monthly pension amount was 594 manats, including the average monthly old-age pension of 632 manats.

15,000 appointments for Jan-Apr 2026, and since the beginning of 2019, when electronic pension appointments began, 193,000 pension appointments were carried out proactively through the electronic system.
