May 5, Fineko/abc.az. The UAE has lifted flight restrictions imposed amid the conflict between the U.S., Israel and Iran, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the UAE General Directorate of Civil Aviation.

According to the organization, all flights have been returned to normal after a safety assessment and coordination with relevant structures.

Earlier, the conflict led to large-scale disruptions in aviation in the Middle East, the closure of the airspace of a number of countries and the cancellation of more than 11,000 flights. Among the affected routes were flights between Europe and Asia.

At the height of the crisis, several countries in the region, including the UAE, temporarily restricted flights, and local airlines suspended operations. Now the aviation system is gradually returning to normal operation.
