April 21, Fineko/abc.az. Russian retailers have faced with oversupply of premium devices Apple and Samsung, which is forcing them to lower prices.

ABC.AZ informs that amid the weak demand and the strengthening of the ruble, flagship models fell in price: iPhone - to 30%, Apple Watch to 35%, Samsung devices to 15%.

Smartphone sales dropped by about 15% in the first quarter, and sellers are selling off discounted inventory to free up funds. It is expected that the price decline may continue until the end of July, after which the market will stabilize.
