April 20, Fineko/abc.az. The UAE has begun preliminary consultations with the U.S about possible financial support amid tensions over Iran.

ABC.AZ informs that the opening of a currency swap line for access to dollar liquidity is being discussed. The authorities fear that a prolonged crisis could weaken the country's position as a financial center, reduce reserves and cause capital outflows. However, an official request for an agreement has not yet been submitted.
