April 16, Fineko/abc.az. The construction of Goradiz–Agbend railway line, one of the key sections of the Zangezur Corridor, is scheduled to be finished in 2028.

Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev made the above-said statement at a meeting of the Azerbaijan-Russia Intergovernmental Commission held in Zangilan.

He added that the total length of the railway line is about 110 km, and taking into account the side tracks - nealy 140 km.

"Currently, project's implementation rate is close to 75%. Main construction works have already been completed," Mustafayev said.
