April 16, Fineko/abc.az. The U.S. is considering the possibility of involving automobile companies in the production of weapons and military equipment, ABC.AZ informs, referring to The Wall Street Journal’s sources.

According to the newspaper, the Pentagon discussed this initiative with major corporations, including General Motors and Ford. It is planned to expand defense production by analogy with the practice during the Second World War.
