April 14, Fineko/abc.az. BMW Group recorded a 3.5% decrease in global sales in the first quarter of 2026, to 565,748 vehicles.

ABC.AZ reports that the main drop was on electric vehicles and hybrids (-15.9%), as well as in the Chinese market (-10%) due to weak demand and competition. Sales dropped by 4% in America and by 8.3% in several other regions.

At the same time, Europe showed an increase of 3%, and in Germany by 10.7%, partially offsetting the overall decline.
