April 8, Fineko/abc.az. The board of the State Agency for Antimonopoly Control & Consumer Market Supervision under the Presidential Administration has been approved.
ABC.AZ reports that the corresponding order was signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the document, the chairman of the board is the head of the agency, and its members are the first deputy and deputy chairmen, the chief of staff, as well as the heads of departments for law, control of unfair competition and advertising legislation, standardization, technical regulation and certification, consumer market control and state supervision of natural monopolies.
