January 30, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's space agency Azercosmos Agency exported satellite telecommunications services for $18 million in 2025 (2.2% less than in 2024).

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the January issue of the Export Review prepared by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications, that nearly 100 companies from 43 countries imported Azercosmos services last year. The key export destinations were the UK - $4.6 million, Luxembourg - $3.5 million, Sweden - $1.3 million, Turkey - $861,000, Nigeria - $824,000.

In 2025, the share of Azercosmos' export revenues was 66 % in agency's overall earnings.

At the same time, in December 2025 alone, the agency exported satellite telecom services to 35 countries for $1.7 million (6.3% more against December 2024).
