January 29, Fineko/abc.az. Alibaba's subsidiary, T-Head, has unveiled a high-performance AI chip, Zhenwu 810E.

ABC.AZ informs that the new product is equipped with 96 GB of HBM2e memory with bandwidth of 700 GB/s. Thanks to this development, Alibaba has formed a full cycle of AI creation: from its own chips and cloud services to language models.
