January 8, Fineko/abc.az Over Jan-Oct 2025, Azerbaijan exported 91,896 tons of persimmons for $66.9 million.
ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the indicator is 26% more in value terms and 23% more in quantity against Jan-Oct 2024.
Azerbaijan sold 69,277 tons (+6%) of products for $48.5 million (+5% versus the previous year) to Russia, 8,874 tons (+40%) for $8.2 million (+68%) to Ukraine, and 7,094 tons (8-fold more) for $7.1 million (9-fold more), to Belarus - 1,772 tons (+6-fold) for $2.1 million (+6-fold), to Kazakhstan - 813 tons (+24%) for $414,000 (-4%).
Azerbaijan resumed supplies to Latvia after a 1-year and 10-month break (19 tons for $24,000).
Of the 154,300 tons of persimmons exported by Azerbaijan in 2024, 85.8% went to Russia.
