Azerbaijan imported leather goods from Turkey for $12.31 million

January 6, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, Azerbaijan imported leather and leather goods from Turkey for $12.31 million (25.7% less than in 2024), ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Turkish Exporters Association.

In December, Turkey exported leather and leather goods for $775,000 to Azerbaijan (36.7% less than a year ago).

The total value of exports of leather and leather products to Turkey in 12 months declined by 5.3% versus the 2024 same term to $1.445 billion, and in December alone decreased by 8.7% to $100.44 million.

The largest imports of leather and leather products from Turkey were carried out by Germany - for $110.614 million (11.6% less than a year ago), by Italy - for $96.749 million (-2.8%) and by Iraq - for $94.908 million (-8.8%).
