January 5, Fineko/abc.az. Portal Azexport has accepted the first export order for 2026 from the State of California in the U.S.
ABC.AZ reports with reference to the center that the agreement on the occasion was reached as a result of an online presentation and discussions held between the head of the portal, Ayhan Gadashev, and the head of the retail chain from California, Alex Alshveng.
According to Gadashev, the orders mainly include processed products produced in Azerbaijan, sweets and confectionery, as well as some products of national cuisine. Currently, the necessary work is being carried out on the international certification of accepted orders, labeling in accordance with the requirements of the United States, organization of logistics and customs procedures. The purpose of these processes is to further strengthen the systematic and sustainable access of Azerbaijani products to the California market.
Azexport carries out activities to promote products of domestic manufacturers to international buyers, as well as to implement digital advertising and marketing campaigns through online platforms. Registration on the portal and the services provided for manufacturers are free of charge.
