December 25, Fineko/abc.az. For Jan-Oct 2025, Azerbaijan exported 1,931 tons of quinces for $1.9 million (80% more in value terms and 71% more in quantity versus the 2024 same term), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.
Azerbaijan exported 1,698 tons (+55 %) of quinces to Russia for $1.7 million (a 63% rise against the previous year), 71 tons for $95.2 million to Germany (no supplies a year ago), 114 tons (+5-fold) for $73,600 (+6-fold) to Georgia, 16.8 tons for $25,200 to Canada, 0.7 tons (-43%) for $13,900 (-7%) to Saudi Arabia.
This year, for the first time in the last 14 years, deliveries were carried out to Estonia (1.6 tons per $1,000) and Canada (note: official publicly available statistics on foreign trade relate to the period up to 2011).
Of the 2,903 tons of quinces exported from Azerbaijan in 2024, 97% went to Russia.
