December 18, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 11 months of 2025, Azerbaijan imported 23,100 tons of butter and other oils made from milk for $159.5 million.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Customs Committee, butter imports decreased by $8 million, or 5.3% in value, and by 3,300 tons, or 12.5% in quantitative terms, against Jan-Nov 2024.

For Jan-Nov 2024, our country imported 26,400 tons of butter for $151.6 million.

Over the past 11 months of this year, the average import price of 1 kg of butter imported in Azerbaijan reached 11.76 manats. And for Jan-Nov 2024, this figure was 9.78 manats. This means a rise of 1.98 manats or 20.3% against Jan-Nov 2024.

Butter made up 0.75% of overall imports for Jan-Nov 2025 and 0.81% for Jan-Nov 2024.
