December 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport is developing special standards for the ethics and responsibility of artificial intelligence.

ABC.AZ reports that Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Samaddin Asadov made this statement at a scientific & practical conference of the Milli Majlis Committee on Natural Resources, Energy and Ecology on the topic "Prospects of artificial intelligence in the fight against climate change".

According to the deputy minister, more than 1 billion data units are open to the public in the country, special programs are provided for the private sector, startups, research institutions to create AI models using these data units, as well as regulatory and institutional regulation in this area: "We must ensure that AI models to be created in our country will serve humanity, and they will not become a source of threats in the future. The application of special standards in this sphere is of great importance."
