November 4, Fineko/abc.az. In October 2025, the market share of ChatGPT, a chatbot with artificial intelligence (AI) on all platforms (computers, mobile devices and tablets) in Azerbaijan exceeded 90%.

ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in the latest report of Statcounter agency. It was emphasized that this is 1.53 p.p. less than in September.

Microsoft Copilot's 2nd-largest market share was 2.42%, up 0.41 p.p. from the previous month.

The market share of Google Gemini, which occupies the next place, increased by 1.31 p.p. up to 2.32% over the month.

The 4th-place Perplexity market share fell by 0.11 p.p. to 1.51% in October.

Claude closes Top 5 with market share of 0.2%. Its share decreased by 0.08 p.p. compared to September.

In computers:

ChatGPT - 93.88% (0.64 p.p. more than in September);

Microsoft Copilot – 2.75% (-0.52 p.p.);

Perplexity – 1.66% (-0.30 p.p.);

Google Gemini – 1.49% (+0.54 p.p.);

Claude - 0.23% (-11 p.p.).

On mobile devices:

ChatGPT – 91.3% (-6.73 p.p.);

Google Gemini – 8.26% (+6.94 p.p.);

Perplexity – 0.43 % (+0.43 p.p.);

On tablets:

ChatGPT – 85.71% (-5.71 p.p.);

Google Gemini – 14.29% (+14.29 p.p.).
