October 24, Fineko/abc.az. Google and Anthropic announce a multibillion-dollar cloud deal, CNBC reports.

ABC.AZ informs that AI company Anthropic, and Google officially announced on Thursday, October 23, their partnership in the field of cloud technologies, concluding a deal worth tens of billions of dollars.

The deal, which is Google's largest acquisition of tensor processors (TPUs) to date, gives Anthropic access to one million specially designed Google tensor processors (TPUs) and is expected to provide more than a gigawatt of computing power for AI by 2026. The partnership will add more than a gigawatt of computing power by 2026, generating rapidly growing $7 billion in revenue for Anthropic.
