October 24, Fineko/abc.az. In order to effectively respond to the new challenges of modern technology, it is necessary to carry out reforms and improvements.

ABC.AZ reports that Ulvi Mehdiyev, the chairman of the State Agency for Citizen Services & Social Innovations (under the Presidential Administration), made the relevant statement at international conference "SOCGOV 2025: Artificial Intelligence for Humans and Transformation", held in Baku.

He added that ASAN Xidmet's innovations are currently exported to more than 30 countries: "The essence and purpose of the ASAN Xidmet concept is to provide ethical and responsible services aimed at citizens. Innovations and modern technologies play a huge role in the successful fulfillment of the tasks set in this direction."

Mehdiyev noted that modern technologies with artificial intelligence create new challenges: "We must implement reforms and improvements to meet these new challenges."
