October 16, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, Azerbaijani citizens purchased 645 apartments in Turkey (41 apartments, or 6.8% more than in the first 9 months of 2024), ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Statistical Office of Turkey.

In September alone, Azerbaijani citizens bought 67 apartments in Turkey (20 apartments or 23% less versus the 2024 same month).

In September, Azerbaijani citizens took the 7th place in the list of home buyers in Turkey, dropping one place in Top 10. As a result, Saudi Arabia took the 6th place.

In total, 15,038 apartments were sold to foreign citizens in Turkey from January to September (2,205 apartments or 12.8% less against Jan-Sept 2024).

In September alone, foreigners bought 1,880 apartments in Turkey (163 apartments or 8% less than in the same month of 2024).

The largest number of home buyers in Turkey were still Russian citizens. Over the past 9 months, they have sold 2,520 apartments (1,115 aparts or 30.7% less versus Jan-Sept 2024).

In September alone, Russians purchased 267 apartments in Turkey (79 aparts or 22.8% less against September 2024).
