October 16, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, the turnover of public catering in Azerbaijan amounted to 1.99 billion manats.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee that compared with the 2024 same term, the turnover of public catering in Azerbaijan increased by 13.2%.

For Jan-Sept 2025, in the private sector, 51.1% of the catering turnover was ensured by legal entities and 48.9% by individuals.

Over the past 9 months, the turnover of legal entities grew by 13% versus Jan-Sept 2024 up to 1.007 billion manats.
