September 29, Fineko/abc.az. By joining forces in the field of artificial intelligence, Azerbaijan and Turkey are striving to take a place in Top 20 of countries, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Zafar Kucukshabanoglu, the chairman of the Association of Artificial Intelligence Policy of Turkey (AIPA).
He noted that Azerbaijan and Turkey have signed a historic protocol to strengthen cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence, within which, combining their knowledge, networks and capabilities, they plan to maximize the economic opportunities created by artificial intelligence: "By 2030, the goal is to increase the share of both Turkey and Azerbaijan in the opportunities that artificial intelligence will create, forming global economic volume of $15.7 trillion."
The guest added that AI is a technology that affects not only Turkey and Azerbaijan, but also the whole world.
"Climate change is changing lives in foreign policy, sports, economics, energy and education, so international cooperation is very important," he stressed.
