September 29, Fineko/abc.az. In recent years, artificial intelligence has been used in different fields. Supporting entrepreneurs in the field of artificial intelligence in Azerbaijan is one of our main areas.

ABC.AZ reports that Fariz Jafarov, the executive director of the Center for Analysis & Coordination of the IV Industrial Revolution (4SIM), stated about this to journalists at the INMerge innovation Summit in Baku.

Jafarov noted that this includes such measures as creating opportunities in the field of artificial intelligence and providing diverse benefits.

"We thought that cooperation with Turkey in this sphere would be very important and therefore signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the Turkish Association for Artificial Intelligence Policy (AIPA). The goal is to work with Turkish companies working in the field of AI to support companies operating in Azerbaijan, both in production, logistics, and other areas, to achieve introduction of AI. At that, costs of companies will decrease, and their efficiency will increase. At that, in many areas, artificial intelligence will perform monotonous work, not people," Jafarov said.

He pointed out that Azerbaijan and Turkey have ideas for developing a joint AI program:

"Speech is about creating an Azerbaijani language corpus. The relevant authorities are working in this direction. AI works with large databases, and each language has its own characteristics. It is also planned to implement pilot AI-related projects with Turkey in various fields."
