Fare for travel on trains can be paid with use of facial recognition system

September 26, Fineko/abc.az. The process of switching from turnstiles at stations located along the route of the Absheron Ring Railway, with payment via SIMA-Pay face recognition, is at the testing stage.

ABC.AZ reports, quoting ADY press secretary Bakhtiyar Hajiyev, that after the process is completed, citizens will be able to pass through the turnstiles, making payments using facial recognition: "The goal is to ensure that citizens pass through the turnstiles in 1-2 seconds during rush hours."
