September 19, Fineko/abc.az. "Construction of a technical service center on the territory of the Baku Locomotive Depot is planned for the performance of services. The design of the construction of the Technical Service Center and the construction and installation work began in 2023, and it is planned to complete these works in 2026," ABC.AZ informs, quoting Bakhtiyar Hajiyev, the head of the Public Relations Office of the Communications Department at Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) .

He added that the feasibility study of reconstruction and modernization of railways has been completed in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, design work continues: "After completion of the design phase, construction work will begin, and a railway network that meets modern requirements will be built ."
